Do you really pay me the quoted amount?

Yes. We will pay the full amount quoted, provided the make, model and condition of your phone were accurately described.


How do I get an offer for a phone that isn't on the list?

Will you still buy my phone if it is broken?

Our pricing calculator will still provide a quote for your phone, and in many cases we will provide an offer no matter the condition of your phone. In some cases, a broken phone may have no value, and we offer the option of recycling it for you.


Do you accept phones from outside the United States?

Yes. We accept phones from anywhere in the world.


Should I cancel my service or deactivate my cell phone?

Yes! You must cancel your service and deactivate your account. Any associated account balance must equal $0 and we are not responsible for any outstanding charges.


How do I deactivate my phone's ESN/MEID (Serial Number)?

What about all the personal data on my phone?

You can erase your personal data and restore it to factory settings yourself - see your owner’s manual or manufacturer for instructions. However, we are committed to erasing all personal information from your phone and restoring it to original factory settings if you choose not to do so before sending it in.


My phone is in really bad shape – will I really get the price I am quoted?

Yes, provided you answer the questions about its condition honestly. Use your best judgment when answering the questions, and contact us if you have questions. Also see our Terms of Sale.


I don't have everything that my device came with. Can I still sell it?

Before offering a quote, one of the things we ask is what accessories you have with your phone. Including accessories usually increases the value of your trade, but you can certainly still obtain a quote without accessories.


Is there a limit on the number of phones I can sell?

No! There is no limit on the number of phones you can sell. Feel free to email us at if you have a large quantity, and we can provide directions on sending everything at once instead of in separate orders.


What types of Cell Phones, Smart Phones, and PDAs do you take?

Shipping Your Phone


Why do you need my email and address information? Do you keep it secure?

We need this information so we can send you the pre-paid shipping label and pay you money. We keep your personal information secure and unless you have opted otherwise, we do not rent, sell or share your personal information with other people or affiliated companies. Do you really pay for my shipping?

We offer free shipping for offers over $40. Once you complete your order we will email you a pre-paid shipping label, which you can print and attach to your package before mailing.


What about my phone's charger and accessories. Should I send them too?

Yes, if you included them in your quote. In most cases, including the accessories increases the value of your offer.


How long do I have till I must send in my phone?

You are paid after we receive your phone, so it is best to send it as soon as possible. At the latest, your phone must arrive within 30 days of your form being submitted online. If we do not receive it in time, your quote may be adjusted to reflect changing market conditions.


Can I get my cell phone back after I send it to you?

When we receive your phone we begin processing it immediately, and in most cases we will not be able to return it. However, if requested, our customer service will do their best to locate your phone and return it to you.


How do I track my shipment to you?

To track the status of your transaction at any point during the process, simply send us an email and we will respond quickly. We just need to know your name and transaction number.


Is my package insured against loss or damage?

Yes, your package is insured up to the value that we offered for its contents.


I live outside the United States. Is shipping still free?

We can only offer free shipping within the Continental United States. If you live outside the Continental United States, we can give you a quote on shipping costs.


Do I have to go to the post office to ship my item?

If you received a UPS prepaid shipping label, you need to drop it off at a UPS drop box or authorized dealer. Go to UPS.com to find one near you. If you received a USPS prepaid shipping label, you need to drop it off at the nearest post office or give it your letter carrier. If you are shipping it yourself, the US Post Office offers reasonable rates, free shipping boxes, online labels. You can also drop it off at your nearest post office or schedule a pickup from your house.


How do I package my phone to send to you?

It is important to package your cell phone carefully. Any damage during shipping will reduce the value of your offer. When possible, use the original packaging the phone came in. You can also use bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, shredded paper or newspaper, or other items that will prevent shifting during shipping. Also, to ensure the safe delivery of your phone, do not send it in a box that distinguishes the package as a cell phone. The items are insured up to the provided quote, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged products.


I printed my UPS label, but I do not have a label pouch. Do I need one?

No. A pouch for the label is not required. You can use clear packing tape to attache the label. Make sure the ship-to address and bar codes are clearly visible and not wrinkled. Label pouches are also available at most UPS locations.


Do you offer any other shipping methods besides UPS and USPS?

We offer free shipping with USPS and UPS. However, you are welcome to use any other carrier at your own expense.

When we receive your product, we will inspect it. If needed, we will revise the pricing to reflect its true condition. We will then contact you with the revised value, which you have the option to accept or reject. See our Terms of Sale for more information.


What happens if I disagree with the value after the inspection?

If you wish to reject our revised offer, the email with the new offer will provide instructions for doing so and we will return your phone. If you fail to reject the offer within five business days, we will consider it accepted and send you payment for the new value.
